Are you stuggling to find nutricious ideas for your dinner but that isn't hard to make and is healthy? Or maybe you're looking for a meal to cook for all your housemates? Well you're in luck! I have found a fantastuc recipe for Keema Curry and if you love curry you will like this! Basically it's curry with mince rather than whole bits of meat and it's absolutely gorgeous! It should serve 4 people.

Things you will need:

Oil for frying
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
2 teaspoons of ground ginger
1 1/2 lbs (750g) of mince
1 teaspoon of garam masala/curry powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 tablespoons of tamato puree
1/4 to 1/2 pint of beef stock
2 x 5 oz (141g) cartons of natural unsweetened yoghurt

How to make Keema Curry:

1. Heat oil in the pan and add onion, garlic and ginger and fry until golden.

2. Stir in the minced beef, garam masala/curry powder and chilli powder until the meat is brown whilst stirring constantly.

3. Add tomatos, tomato puree, 1/4 pint of the stock and half the yoghurt and mix well. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the mince is cooked; add more stock if the mixture becomes dry.

4. Taste for seasoning, stir in the remaining yoghurt and serve with rice, nann bread or any extras you wish!

Hope you enjoy making it as much as I did! Let me know what you think.
